Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution, L.L.C. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. Responsible for achieving manufacturing facility goals and objectives for the production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse departments. Develop initiatives and manage change for cost control, productivity, quality, safety, waste reduction and customer service improvement. Collaborate with functional leaders for sales, distribution, fleet, transportation, supply & demand planning, engineering, quality and safety to achieve objectives. Maintain regulatory compliance for food safety, environmental, and brand owner requirements.
People or Process Management Responsibility: Yes
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Develop and execute against annual business plan for manufacturing cost center including all controllable costs (labor, utilities, supplies, maintenance and repair). Identify and execute opportunities to improve.
Regularly communicate KPI performance goals and performance to the plant associates.
Develop and maintain 5 year capital investment plan for asset stewardship, cost reduction, COGS reduction, package/flavor/process capability.
Coach department leaders through business and leadership development plans.
Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans.
Maintain compliance with company-wide standard operating procedures and develop local standard operating practices/processes/procedures where possible.
Build and maintain culture accountable to goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain the highest standard for safety awareness, training completion, and accountability for unsafe behavior by our personnel.
Maintain business processes in support of brand owner requirements, food safety audits, regulatory requirements, and internal business control audits.
Collaborate with centralized support team members for execution of company-wide initiatives including Lean projects, TPM, resource conservation, best-practice sharing, and other initiatives.
Collaborate and coordinate regularly with centralized supply & demand planning to accomplish product availability and customer service objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
8 to 10 years of successful management experience encompassing all facets of operations, manufacturing or production management
Strong understanding of budgetary development and management
Strong team player and motivated problem solver
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office applications)
Ability to constructively interact with others to resolve issues and improve the operation
Strategic vision and understand tactics necessary to achieve company goals
Promote and foster a diverse working environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
